Defendant Wendell Correy Jones appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury trial. Defendant was convicted of kidnapping (Pen. Code, Ă‚§ 207), robbery (Pen. Code, Ă‚§ 211), and conspiracy to commit robbery (Pen. Code, Ă‚§ 182). The jury found true the allegations a principal was armed with a handgun in the commission of the robbery and conspiracy (Pen.
